CANCELLATION POLICIES :
 During Low Season :
 1 Night charge if cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival
 During High Season on 15 Jun – 31 August 2016:
 1 Night charge if cancelled within 21 days prior to arrival.
 Full charge will be applied for any cancellation made within 14 days prior to arrival.
 During Peak Season on 22 Dec 2016 - 05 Jan 2017, cancellation fee equal to the total amount of length of stay based on original booking will be applied for any cancellation made within 30 days prior to arrival.
 No refund will be granted for guest checking out earlier than original booking.
